At BCC Electronics, we are able to produce extremely complex shapes with close-tolerance geometries. Additionally, our milling equipment is outfitted with advanced live tooling features to provide even more precision, efficiency, and flexibility.
We machine a full range of materials including stainless steel alloys, aluminum, titanium, plastics, G-10, copper alloys, steel, and tungsten.
IPC Training Available
IPC-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) The most widely used inspection standard in the electronics industry and has earned an international reputation as the source for end-product acceptance criteria for consumer and high reliability printed circuit assemblies.
IPC-620 (Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wiring Harness Assemblies) Industry developed program for individuals and companies engaged in the manufacture, use and installation of cable and wire harness assemblies. It encompasses training, certification and the supply of instructional materials
IPC-7711 (PCB Rework)/IPC-7721 (PCB Repair) Industry-approved techniques on through-hole and surface-mount rework as well as land, conductor and laminate repair. It covers procedural requirements, tools, materials and methods for removing and replacing conformal coatings, surface mount and through-hole components. The standard also includes procedures for repairing and modifying boards and assemblies.
J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) Describes materials, methods and verification criteria for producing high-quality soldered leaded and lead-free interconnections. It emphasizes process control and establishes industry consensus requirements for a broad range of electronic connections.
IPC-J-STD-001S Space Addendum (Space and Military Applications) Space and military addendum, supplements or replaces specifically identified requirements of IPC J-STD-001H requirements for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies that must survive the vibration and thermal cyclic environments of getting to and operating in space and military applications.
